Welcome to the latest edition of the Barnyard Bulletin, the official newsletter of Glory Bound Rescue Ranch! We are thrilled to announce that we are currently participating in the Full Bloom Shelter Challenge, a limited-duration voting contest that could help us win much-needed cash and supplies. As a registered organization, we urgently need your DAILY VOTES to help us achieve our goals before the voting ends on May 1, 2023.
Currently, we are in 25th place, but we believe that with your support, nothing is impossible. The Full Bloom Shelter Challenge is a fantastic opportunity to help shelters and rescue groups like ours receive the recognition and support they deserve. With $34,000 in cash and prizes up for grabs, every vote counts, and we need your help to take home the top prize!
Glory Bound Rescue Ranch is competing for the grand prize, which includes $10,000 in cash and $3,000 worth of vital supplies. The second-place winner will receive $5,000 in cash and $2,500 in supplies, while the third-place winner will receive $1,500 in cash and $2,000 in supplies. Five runners-up will also receive $1,000 in cash and $1,000 in supplies each.
We urge all of our followers to VOTE DAILY and share our message with their family and friends. Voting is easy and only takes a few seconds a day. Your support could make all the difference to our rescue animals and help us to continue providing them with the care they deserve.
Thank you for your continued support of Glory Bound Rescue Ranch, and we look forward to celebrating our victory with you soon!
Volunteers Needed for Spring Clean-Up at the Farm
REGISTER FOR Our 1st Farm Cleanup Day on 4/22/23! It’s time for our volunteer army to come out and help us clean up after winter. Bring out the family for a day on the farm doing chores like weeding, raking, trash pick-up, and more…
With the snow melting, and the mud starting to dry, we need all hands on deck to help get ready for Summer Fun on the farm and help keep our animals safe and happy. This is not your ordinary cleanup day. We strongly believe that you should have fun while working, so we have a few fun games planned, as well as some light refreshments.
Please register by 4/20/23 so we have a head count.
CHANGE FOR GOOD!
At Glory Bound Rescue Ranch, we are committed to providing the best possible care to all of our animals, especially our senior residents like Ben. Ben is a horse who was sold to the kill pen in his 20s, but with our intervention, he is now thriving in our care. However, as a senior horse, Ben requires special feed and supplements to keep him healthy.
When we rescued Ben, he was in extremely poor condition. He was underweight, shut down, and stressed out. But with months of rest, quality food, and lots of TLC, Ben is now thriving in our care. His transformation is a testament to the impact that our Change for Good program can make in the lives of animals.
We are proud to offer our Change for Good program, a recurring donation program for as little as $0.33 cents per day or $10.00 per month. By becoming a recurring donor, you can help us continue to provide the specialized feed and supplements that senior animals like Ben require to stay healthy.
Join our Change for Good program today and be a part of the solution for animals in need. Your support can help us provide shelter, medical care, specialized food, and love to animals that have been abandoned and left behind. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of these deserving animals. Thank you for your support!

A Rescue Tail-Amos' Story
Not every dog that comes to Glory Bound is adoptable. Some become permanent residents at the sanctuary because of damage that has been done in their past. When we first rescue Amos, we believed he would be one of those cases. But Amos' story has a different ending because someone looked beyond the damage and gave Amos a second chance at life. This is the story of Amos, a severely abused dog rescued by Glory Bound from Texas. Written by Sara Weaver, Amos' Rescue Mom. Read Amos's Rescue Tail...
