Dave has been practicing law throughout northern Illinois for 37 years.  Dave is a faculty member for the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education and is the past State of IL president of the Illinois Real Estate Lawyers Association. He represents individuals, families, and business owners on commercial and residential real estate matters (ownership and leasing), estate planning including powers of attorney, living trusts and wills, and probate and he represents about 50 medium size businesses in the locale.

 

Dave is married and he and his wife Denise have four adult children.  Denise is a special education teacher’s assistant.  He and his wife serve in their local church in Oak Park where they grew up and Dave is on the Elder leadership team.
